ERSTES PROJEKT VON MARITA SOLIDARIA

Marita Solidaria hat sich mit der argentinischen Stiftung Fundación Deuda Interna zusammengeschlossen, um deren Projekte im ambulanten Gesundheitswesen zu unterstützen.

Die Stiftung Fundación Deuda Interna arbeitet seit 10 Jahren mit der indigenen Bevölkerung von Argentinien zusammen. Sie ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation der Zivilgesellschaft, die vorrangig im Bereich der ambulanten Gesundheit im Lebensraum der Wichi-Gemeinden in der Provinz Salta im Nordwesten Argentiniens tätig ist.

Eine große Anzahl von Allgemeinmedizinern und Fachärzten melden sich Jahr für Jahr freiwillig, um an den  monatlich stattfindenden Fahrten des ‘’mobilen Krankenhauses’’ der Fundación Deuda Interna teilzunehmen.

Augenblicklich werden die Fahrten des ‘’mobilen Krankenhauses’’ in den privaten Fahrzeugen der Ärzte und in einem Kleintransporter der Fundación Deuda Interna durchgeführt.

Die Aufgabe des ‘’mobilen Krankenhauses’’ ist es, die medizinische Versorgung zu den Wichi-Gemeinden zu bringen, wo es bislang keine Gesundheitsversorgung gibt. Und wo Rodungen, Unterernährung und extreme Armut eine permanente gesundheitliche Notlage darstellen.

Mobiles Krankenhaus-Bus-Projekt

Transformation des Inneren eines Busses in 4 medizinische Räume.

Mit dem Innenumbau eines Passagierbusses in vier medizinische Behandlungsäume strebt die Fundacion Deuda Interna eine bessere mobile Infrastruktur an. Das mobile Krankenhaus wird eine präventive medizinische Versorgung und vorzeitige Diagnose von üblichen Krankheitsbildern ermöglichen und eine klinische, medizinische, gynäkologische, pädiatrische und zahnärzliche Versorgung gewährleisten.

Im mobilen Krankenhaus wird ebenso die Gesundheitskontrolle von Kindern und schwangeren Frauen durchgeführt. In den Gebieten der Wichi-Gemeinde, insbesondere in den am stärksten betroffenen sowie den am meisten gefährdeten Regionen, werden aktuelle epidemiologische Daten gesammelt. Dies ermöglicht den medizinischen Teams, zeitnahe und effektivere Gesundheitsentscheidungen zu treffen.

Ambulante medizinische Versorgung mit der bestmöglichen mobilen Infrastruktur in die Wichi-Gemeinden zu tragen, ist das Hauptziel des mobilen Krankenhaus-Bus-Projekts.

First project for Marita Solidaria

Marita Solidaria partnered with the organization Fundación Deuda Interna to support all its projects, particularly ambulatory health projects.

The Fundacion Deuda Interna has a 10-year track record working with Indigenous peoples in Argentina. This is a non-profit organization of the civil society that works primarily in the field of ambulatory health on the territory of the Wichí People, in the province of Salta, northwest of Argentina.

A large number of general practitioners and medical specialists volunteer, year after year, in the “medical relief” trips that the mobile hospital of the Fundacion Deuda Interna carries out on the Wichí territory every month.

Right now, the trips of the mobile hospital as such, are carried out in the private vehicles of the doctors and in a van owned by the Fundacion Deuda Interna.

The objective of the mobile hospital is to bring medical assistance to the Wichí communities where there are no health centers and where deforestation, malnutrition and extreme poverty create the conditions for continual health emergencies.

PROJECT IN PROGRESS: Mobile Hospital-Bus Project

Transformation of the interior of a bus into 4 medical rooms.

With the transformation of the interior of a bus into 4 medical rooms the Fundación Deuda Interna will have a better mobile infrastructure. This will allow the mobile hospital to carry out preventive coverage and early diagnosis of prevalent pathologies, clinical, obstetric, basic pediatric and dental care.

Health services for child and pregnant woman will also be carried out in the mobile hospital. Meanwhile new epidemiological data will be collected in the territory focusing on each affected community and the most vulnerable areas. This will allow the medical team to make timely, better directed, and more effective and accurate health decisions.

Providing ambulatory health service in the Wichí communities with the best possible mobile infrastructure is the main objective of the Mobile Hospital-Bus Project.
